A Continuous Learning Journey
In this era of fast-paced automation and changing business priorities, there is utmost urgency to upskill. This process should be a continuous one, regardless of your age. Be it educating yourself by taking up a course, or picking up a new hobby or skill, the act of constantly refreshing and updating one’s skills is key against stagnation.
Even after dropping out of polytechnic and deciding that formal education was not the path for me, I continued on a journey towards educating myself. From picking up trading on the grounds and learning from the mistakes of my seniors to my stints exploring various career paths, the experiences gathered along the way taught me the importance of constantly seeking new ways of doing things and adapting to the myriad of changes accordingly.
